AI Enhanced Smart IMU Sensing

Based on the secure, low-power E3 MCU from Alif Semiconductor’s Ensemble family, this gesture recognition application utilizes the Bosch Sensortec BMI323, an affordable Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) with high accuracy and power efficiency. No external memories, power management, or secure element is needed, as Ensemble provides a true single chip AI/ML pipeline with everything required. When running on Ensemble E3, a 280 μsec symbol decode rate is achieved, which is 43x faster than the conventional MCU.
