Adafruit was founded in 2005 by MIT hacker & engineer, Limor "Ladyada" Fried. Her goal was to create the best place online for learning electronics and making the best-designed products for makers of all ages and skill levels. Adafruit has expanded offerings to include tools, equipment, and electronics that Limor personally selects, tests, and approves before going in to the Adafruit store.

Adafruit BME680 - STEMMA QT

Adafruit integrated the BME680 (temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, VOCs sensing) onto a PCB with a 3.3V regulator and level shifting for seamless compatibility with 3.3V/5V microcontrollers. Pins are accessible via standard 0.100”/2.54mm pitch headers for breadboard use, and STEMMA QT connectors are provided to avoid the need for soldering.
